As part of the course Political System of the European Union, students from the Faculty of Political Science took part in a debate on the implementation of EU cohesion policy in Croatia with Dr Zvonimir Savić, Special Adviser to the Croatian Prime Minister for Economic Policy and adviser to the Minister of Regional Development and EU Funds.
Following Dr Savić’s presentation on the strategic framework for implementing the EU Recovery and Resilience Facility in Croatia, students engaged in a discussion on the main challenges related to the use of EU funds in Croatia.

The debate also addressed Croatia’s priorities and preparations for the next Multiannual Financial Framework, providing students with valuable insight into the practical and strategic dimensions of EU funding policy.
The activity was carried out as part of the Jean Monnet Chair project Active European Democratic Citizenship for a Resilient Society.
