Final Ranking List for Master of European Studies programme in academic year 2023./2024.

Final Ranking List for Master of European Studies is available here.

Candidates who meet the admission requirements will be enrolled on September 29, 2023, from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM. Students without an OIB (Personal Identification Number) will not be able to enroll.

STUDENTS ADMITTED TO THE 1ST YEAR OF THE MASTER OF EUROPEAN STUDIES PROGRAM FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2023/2024

To enroll, students need to submit the following documents:

  1. Proof of residence (issued by the police department or e-citizen) only for candidates residing outside of Zagreb.
  2. Filled out enrollment form provided by the Admissions Office.
  3. A passport-sized photo (4x6 cm).
  4. Signed study agreement provided by the Admissions Office.
  5. Confirmation of payment of enrollment fees of 39.82 euros to the bank account of the Faculty of Political Science, Lepušićeva 6, Zagreb, IBAN HR1423600001101217644 at Zagrebačka banka, model: HR00, reference number: 34 – please include the candidate's OIB, purpose code: STDY, payment description: enrollment fees.
  6. In addition to the enrollment fee confirmation, a confirmation of tuition fee payment is required, amounting to 1,990.84 Euros or 995.42 Euros for MES students who pay tuition fees in two installments. These payments should also be made to the bank account of the Faculty of Political Science, Lepušićeva 6, Zagreb, IBAN HR1423600001101217644 at Zagrebačka banka, model: HR00, reference number: 13 – please include the candidate's OIB, purpose code: STDY, payment description: tuition fee for the 1st year of MES. The first part of the tuition fee is to be paid upon enrollment, and the second part no later than January 15, 2024."

Students can get their OIB in person at the Tax Administration Office or can apply online.

To apply for an OIB identification number online, you’ll need to follow these steps:
  1. Complete the Application for the determination and assignment of the personal identification number (OIB) that can be found on the following link.
  2. Make a scanned copy of one of your identification documents to confirm the data stated in the application form. Acceptable identification documents are European identity card and Passport issued in the country of citizenship.
  3. Deliver the application to Tax administration office. 

 Here are the steps for online application:

  1. Go to the web form Pišite nam which is available here.
  2. Open the drop-down menu Odabir teme at the bottom of the page.
  3. Choose the option Zahtjev za određivanjem i dodjeljivanjem OIB-a (Application for the determination and assignment of the Personal Identification Number).
  4. Open the drop-down menu Odabir podteme.
  5. Choose the option Zahtjev za određivanjem i dodjeljivanjem OIB-a (Application for the determination and assignment of the Personal Identification Number).
  6. Open the drop-down menu Područni ured.
  7. Choose the location/city of your Tax administration.
  8. Write a short description of your query in the text box Sadržaj upita (a short explanation that you want to get a Croatian OIB).
  9. Attach copies, scans, or images of required documents to the section Priložene datoteke.
  10. Insert your contact information into the section Kontakt podaci:
  • OIB – Leave this section empty.
  • Ime i prezime (name and surname)
  • Adresa e-pošte (mail address)
  • Telefon (phone number)
  1. Mark the option *Upoznat sam sa svrhom obrade podataka that confirms that you accept all the terms of personal data protection.
  2. Submit the form by clicking the blue button Pošalji.
