DESCRIPTION:

Course Sectoral Public Policies is based on applying concepts and approaches in policy research onto Croatian public policies. There are three aims of the course. First, course is set to enhance understanding of policy research, and its concepts and approaches. Second aim is to enhance usage of different data gathering and data analysis methods in policy research. So, the course is focused on developing qualitative data analysis approach in policy research. Third aim of the course is focused on the research of some specific Croatian public policies. All students have to produce a research paper for the exam.

LITERATURE:

1. Studentica u izradi završnog istraživačkog rada mora uporabiti najmanje 6 jedinica klasične znanstvene literature (knjiga, poglavlja u zbornicima i članaka), iz detaljnog silabusa predavanja (v. Dopunsku literaturu) ili samostalnog istraživanja, od čega najmanje dvije o teoriji javnih politika, najmanje dvije o metodama, te najmanje dvije o posebnim politikama koje se analiziraju.;
